- Visit the official PMDC MDCAT registration portal when registration opens.
- Create an account with a valid email and mobile number.
- Fill personal details exactly as on your CNIC and FSc documents.
- Upload required documents (photo, CNIC, FSc result or admission proof).
- Pay the registration fee (Rs. 9,000 regular / Rs. 13,000 late).
- Download and print your roll number slip before the test date.
